Mission
As a professional business coach, I empower leaders to unlock their growth potential through clarity, strategic guidance and accountability. In parallel, as a marketing and strategy consultant, I help businesses drive revenue growth by identifying challenges and developing tailored, actionable solutions.
Vision
I’m working toward a future where business success doesn’t come at the cost of personal well-being. My vision is to help leaders find their flow—achieving a type of momentum that is as sustainable as it is successful. By making high-level coaching and strategy more accessible, I want to help both new founders and seasoned executives thrive, ultimately shaping a business community that is more vibrant, equitable, and built to last.

Have questions about working with +Inertia? Get in touch with us—we’re happy to provide answers and will follow up with you directly.
I partner with privately held businesses across a range of industries—helping leaders at various stages of growth who are looking to refine strategy, align teams, or navigate complex challenges.
Business coaching and consulting serve different but complementary roles.
As a business coach, my focus is on helping you gain clarity, think strategically, and work through challenges by asking the right questions — not handing you a list of answers.
You know your business best; I’m not here to bombard you with advice. Instead, we work together to uncover strategic solutions, test ideas, and move priorities forward, with accountability built in to ensure progress actually happens.
Coaching is about building confidence, focus, and momentum — not dependency.
A typical coaching engagement is structured but flexible, and built around your real-world priorities.
We’ll start by clarifying what matters most right now — your challenges, goals, and opportunities — then work together to create focus and direction.
Our sessions are a mix of strategic thinking, honest conversation, and practical next steps, with accountability to keep things moving between meetings. Expect a trusted space to think clearly, pressure-test ideas, and make progress on the things that are hardest to tackle alone.
Most engagements begin with a three-month commitment to ensure the relationship, approach, and focus are working well for both of us.
From there, many clients choose to continue with a one-year agreement to support deeper strategic work and sustained progress.
Some engagements wrap up after a year, while others evolve into longer-term partnerships lasting three years or more — it really depends on your goals, progress, and the level of support you want over time.
